To become MISS CONNECTICUT USA, you must be 18 years of age and over by January 1 of the National pageant.
To become MISS CONNECTICUT TEEN USA, you must have been born during the years of 2006-2010 (at least 14 and under 19 by January 1, 2025).

The Rules
If you are a female in the United States (recognized medically and legally), a United States citizen, a resident of the state of Connecticut for at least 3 months prior to the pageant, and meet the age requirements*, we invite you to APPLY TODAY! You compete in 3 areas, evening gown, swimsuit or athletic wear, and personal interview. Our program is designed to be an excellent vehicle for advancing your career and personal goals. Note: There are no refunds on any participation fees with Miss Connecticut USA/Miss Connecticut Teen USA.

MISS USA QUALIFICATIONS
Effective with the 2024 Miss USA competition and state preliminary competitions, women who are or have been married, as well as women who are pregnant or have children, will be able to compete. There is no age limit to compete in the Miss division.

Must be 18 years of age by January 1 of the National pageant.

Must be a citizen of the United States and will remain a citizen of the United States through the State Pageant and, if you win the State Pageant, through the National Pageant.

Must represent and warrant that you are a female (recognized medically and legally as a female in the United States).

Must live in your state permanently and will have lived there for at least three (3) months prior to the date of the pageant – OR – Must be a full-time student in your state and will have completed one entire semester or session by December 31st – OR – Must work full time in your state.

Must never have participated in a previous national Miss USA pageant.
MISS TEEN USA QUALIFICATIONS

Must be born between the years of 2006-2010.

Must be a citizen of the United States and will remain a citizen of the United States through the State Pageant and, if you win the State Pageant, through the National Pageant.

Must represent and warrant that you are a female (recognized medically and legally as a female in the United States).

Must never have been married or had a marriage annulled.

Must never have given birth to a child, cannot be a parent or guardian of any other adult or minor person, and cannot currently be pregnant.

Must live in your state permanently and will have lived there for at least three (3) months prior to the date of the pageant – OR – Must be a full time student in your state and will have completed one entire semester or session by December 31st.

Must never have participated in a previous national Miss Teen USA pageant.
