Pageant Associates is excited to announce the winner of the MISS CONNECTICUT TEEN USA® competitions. After a weekend that showcased the accomplishments, talent and dedication of young women across the state of Connecticut, Lana Coffey, 18 from New Canaan was crowned MISS CONNECTICUT TEEN USA® 2017. Lana will go on to represent the state of Connecticut in the next round of competitions for the prestigious, nationally recognized MISS TEEN USA® 2017 pageant.
The 2017 pageants were held in Stamford, CT, November 12-13, 2016. The Stamford Marriott Hotel & Spa served as the venue for all activities. Contestants were judged in three equal categories consisting of Personal Interview; Swimsuit for MISS and Active Wear for TEEN; and Evening Gown. The competitions shined a spotlight on some of the best, brightest and most accomplished young women throughout the state.
“The pageant brought together a group of amazingly talented, smart, confident, hard-working, kind and young women from every part of Connecticut,” said Miss Coffey. “I am bursting with pride at being named MISS CONNECTICUT TEEN USA® 2017 and am excited for every step of this amazing journey and year ahead.”
Titleholders will travel throughout Connecticut making appearances and acting as ambassadors of the state at a variety of charitable events, social functions and more.
